Varicent is seeking an Associate Data-Focused Technical Account Manager for a remote role based in Mexico. The main focus is to support clients as they manage data and address technical questions related to Varicent products. This position works directly with customers to ensure they get the most out of their Varicent solutions.
What you will do
- Work closely with clients to understand their data needs and any challenges they face
- Provide technical guidance and recommend solutions that fit each client's situation
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customer teams
- Help clients use Varicent products effectively and troubleshoot technical issues
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in data management
- Strong communication skills for working with clients
- Ability to solve problems and explain technical solutions clearly
- Based in Mexico (remote position)
