Are you ready to expand the boundaries of what's achievable?We are looking for:A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Relevant professional certifications such as AACE, PMI-PMP, MSP Practitioner, APM, or RICS are highly desirable.10-15 years of experience in project, programme, and PMO delivery and controls, or analytics leadership roles within the infrastructure, construction, or energy sectors. Experience in consultancy, preferably with a tier-one consultancy. A proven track record of leading project controls and analytics initiatives for multiple complex, high-value projects and programmes. Experience in developing and managing multidisciplinary teams, with a solid record of delivering data-driven solutions at the executive level.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Controls Analytics Project Director to lead impactful analytics initiatives and manage a team dedicated to delivering transformative PMO and project control solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic controls frameworks and analytics methodologies, ensuring PMO functions are executed with data-driven precision. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior executives, fostering teamwork across diverse disciplines to elevate project performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Controls Analytics Project Director, you will guide the design, implementation, and governance of controls analytics solutions on intricate infrastructure projects. Your role will include strategic oversight and operational leadership in project controls analytics, ensuring that data-driven insights are utilized to manage risks, control costs, and inform decision-making. This position is crucial in aligning project outcomes with client objectives and delivering exceptional value through expert controls and analytics.

Strategic Leadership in Controls Analytics:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive controls analytics strategy for large-scale projects, either independently or as part of a PMO, providing insights to boost project and programme performance.
  • Direct analytics initiatives across various project dimensions including cost, schedule, risk, benefits realization, change control, and commercial management, enhancing client maturity and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Serve as the principal trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders on complex PMO and project controls strategies, offering analytics insights and value-added recommendations.

Project Controls Governance & Compliance:

  • Establish and implement governance structures and compliance frameworks to ensure consistent application of controls analytics across all relevant project functions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines while championing best practices in data management, analytics, and project controls.
  • Continuously review and refine controls processes to enhance project effectiveness and compliance.
