Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from drafting to execution and renewal. Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, MoUs, and vendor contracts. Monitor contract milestones such as deadlines, renewals, terminations, and deliverables. Maintain and organize the contract repository ensuring proper documentation and archiving. Engage with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for contract preparation and negotiations. Assist in identifying risks and provide recommendations through contract reviews and redlining. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and flag potential issues. Coordinate approvals, signatures, and documentation in accordance with internal processes. Support the continuous improvement of contract management workflows and systems. Ideal Candidate Profile:3–5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial support roles. Strong understanding of commercial contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs. Excellent drafting, reviewing, and redlining skills with a high level of attention to detail. Adept at interpreting legal and business language effectively. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and document management tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do
- Draft, review, redline, and track contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, MoUs, and vendor agreements.

Compensation
