ResponsibilitiesCompensationAssist in the comprehensive support for compensation planning cycles, including modeling, analysis, communication, and administration. Coordinate with the Finance team on annual and quarterly headcount and compensation budgeting and accruals. Work alongside the Recruiting team to design competitive new hire offer packages. Prepare documentation for Compensation Committee meetings. Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure General Atlantic's compensation programs are competitive within the market. Generate compensation reports, metrics, and analyses to inform compensation decision-making as required.

Position Summary

We are looking for an Associate to join our Compensation and Human Capital Analytics team at General Atlantic. This role will report directly to the Compensation & Analytics Lead. The Associate will collaborate with the Human Capital Management (HCM) team on a variety of internal initiatives, such as compensation planning, headcount reporting, budget forecasting, and broader human capital metrics. The ideal candidate should be a proactive self-starter with a strong analytical mindset, excellent data proficiency, and the capability to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
