This position is available for candidates located in Toronto, ON, as part of our hybrid work model.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio valued in several million dollars, focusing on both the growth and retention of high-value accounts.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Strategically engage with CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and developers to foster relationships.
- Become a MongoDB product expert, familiarizing yourself with all aspects of our offerings.
- Efficiently manage your time to maximize productivity and results.
- Establish strong, effective relationships that lead to new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with our Solution Architects and Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in comprehensive sales enablement training, including our Sales Bootcamp and advanced leadership development programs.
