What You Bring1-2 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role within a fast-paced, competitive environment. Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and generating a qualified sales pipeline. Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets. Strong articulation skills to convey the business value of complex enterprise technologies. Ability to build strong relationships with business champions. Fluency in English is required. A driven and competitive nature with a relentless desire for success. Familiarity with databases, development practices, and open-source technologies is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio valued in several million dollars, focusing on both the growth and retention of high-value accounts.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strategically engage with CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and developers to foster relationships.
  • Become a MongoDB product expert, familiarizing yourself with all aspects of our offerings.
  • Efficiently manage your time to maximize productivity and results.
  • Establish strong, effective relationships that lead to new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with our Solution Architects and Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in comprehensive sales enablement training, including our Sales Bootcamp and advanced leadership development programs.
