About the job

This position is located in our Mumbai office at BKC. We encourage candidates based in Mumbai to apply. This role operates under a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office and two days of remote work.

We are seeking Associates who exhibit a passion for learning and a talent for delivering exceptional client service within a performance-driven, merit-based, and teamwork-oriented environment.

As an Associate, you will play a key role in driving GLG's Insight Network – the world's most extensive and diverse source of firsthand expertise. Your responsibilities will involve dynamic communication and collaboration with leading professionals across industries to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates will possess natural curiosity, robust critical thinking abilities, and a competitive spirit aimed at achieving client success. With these attributes, you will undergo comprehensive onboarding and training to cultivate the skills necessary for success in your role. Over time, based on your consistent performance, you will manage project lifecycles, engage frequently with high-profile clients and experts, while receiving ongoing coaching and mentorship from your team to enhance your project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Identifying and recruiting new experts to join GLG's Insight Network through targeted lead generation and outreach via phone, email, and additional methods.
  • Coordinating and confirming essential calls and meetings between GLG's clients and Network Members, including scheduling calls with your newly recruited experts.
  • Collaborating closely with client-facing team members to expand project scope and recruit populations to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of client strategies, industry sectors, and value chains to identify and vet the most suitable experts for client projects.
  • Learning and adhering to our compliance policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of client engagements.
  • Engaging proactively with GLG's Network Members to comprehend their expertise and assess their suitability for client projects.
