The Associate, Client Solutions role is pivotal in connecting leading industry professionals with the world’s foremost financial investment firms, professional services companies, and corporations. This position involves clearly articulating the value of working with GLG and onboarding industry experts into our exclusive GLG Network. You will play a critical role in managing relationships with new Network Members while facilitating collaboration with our Client Solutions team.

  • Demonstrate exceptional workflow management skills and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while multitasking across various projects. We seek curious and communication-oriented individuals excited to engage with industry leaders, whether through effective presentations or crafting professional biographies.
  • Identify and establish consulting relationships with business executives and industry experts tailored to meet our clients' highest priority inquiries.
  • Expand the GLG Network by strategically recruiting key opinion leaders through targeted campaigns, leveraging industry lists, associations, referrals, and established relationships.
  • Initiate discussions with prospective industry leaders when necessary, capturing vital data within GLG’s comprehensive profile management systems.
  • Assess client needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests by analyzing inquiries and pinpointing ideal target populations.
  • Gain an understanding of clients' research workflows and objectives, partnering with client-facing colleagues to enhance GLG client relationships and employing best practices in expert engagement.
  • Develop a robust understanding of GLG's core industry sectors to elevate project and service quality, while remaining aware of broader industry trends and dynamics relevant to expert recruitment and client servicing.
  • Contribute to various initiatives aimed at building and maintaining the GLG Network.
