This position is located at our Mumbai office in BKC. We welcome applicants from Mumbai. The role operates on a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

As a key player in GLG's Insight Network, the world's most extensive and diverse source of hands-on expertise, Associates engage in high-paced communication, collaborating directly with leading professionals across various industries to meet client deliverables.

The ideal candidate will exhibit natural curiosity, robust critical thinking abilities, and a competitive drive to advocate for clients. With these qualities, you will undergo our comprehensive onboarding and training programs, developing the necessary skills to thrive in your role. Over time, based on consistent performance, you will manage project lifecycles, interact frequently with prominent clients and experts, all while receiving continuous coaching and mentoring from your team to enhance your project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Recruiting new experts to join GLG’s Insight Network through targeted lead generation and timely outreach via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Scheduling and confirming essential calls and meetings between GLG’s clients and Network Members, including coordinating all communications with your new recruits.
  • Working closely with client-facing team members to broaden project scopes and enhance the recruiting population for successful client outcomes.
  • Deepening your understanding of client strategies, various industry sectors, and value chains to identify and vet the best experts for client projects.
  • Learning and adhering to our compliance policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of client engagements.
  • Proactively engaging with GLG’s Network Members to comprehend their expertise and assess their suitability for client needs.
