Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire lifecycle of cross-functional projects and implementations, including developing project plans, engaging stakeholders, and fostering collaborative relationships to ensure successful outcomes. Assess departmental performance through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, assisting in the development of key metrics and mitigation strategies. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to devise proactive implementation, communication, and program strategies that facilitate effective change management and risk mitigation. Mentor team members and support their professional growth and development. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management within a healthcare setting. At least 2 years of experience managing projects or programs independently and as part of a team. A background in using data and metrics to enhance program performance and outcomes.

The Associate, Care Navigation Programs, works closely with Network and Clinical teams. This position advocates for departmental interests during company-wide projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and implementing projects
  • Analyzing data to inform decisions
  • Facilitating communication across teams
  • Maintaining multiple initiatives and stakeholder relationships at once

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote role for candidates located in Atlanta, Georgia. Oscar Health may update its remote work policies in the future, which could introduce hybrid options.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $91,659 to $120,303
