Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 2-6+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in client service or investor relations within the alternative investments sector. Ability to manage client interactions effectively during operating hours (8:30 AM - 6 PM EST). Experience engaging with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. Capacity to meet deadlines and perform under pressure effectively. Demonstrated ability to multitask and collaborate as a team player or independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

iCapital Network is hiring an Associate or Assistant Vice President to strengthen its Investor Relations team in New York. This position supports a growing client base, working with a range of investors, financial advisors, and home office staff. The team helps clients navigate investments using iCapital’s technology platform and partners with fund sponsors who distribute through the platform. The environment is collaborative and entrepreneurial, with a focus on client satisfaction and optimizing user experience.

What You Will Do

  • Provide tailored account coverage, collaborating with internal relationship managers to achieve client objectives.
  • Offer ongoing support by responding to client inquiries quickly and accurately to maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist prominent fund managers with fundraising efforts by guiding their clients through the subscription process and managing fund closings.
  • Work with the Technology team to improve the proprietary platform and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-6+ years of financial services experience, preferably in client service or investor relations within alternative investments.
  • Available to handle client interactions during operating hours (8:30 AM - 6 PM EST).
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
  • Comfortable multitasking and working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
