Minimum Requirements:Registered Architect (ARB) with substantial experience in large multi-disciplinary projects, especially in infrastructure. A keen interest in various infrastructure design areas such as Surface Transport, Rail, Aviation, and Healthcare. A relevant degree; a Diploma or Master's is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with diverse building contracts and a solid understanding of UK Building Systems, Standards, and Regulations. Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

Your Role:

As an Associate Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative design solutions from project inception. Collaborate closely with clients to align their objectives with design excellence while ensuring compliance with CDM Safety in Design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process by developing progressive solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Direct the preparation of project specifications and building system designs.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project documentation is accurate and meets technical excellence standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and local authority representatives to resolve critical project challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative working environment within your team.
  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal team productivity and morale.
  • Support operational excellence initiatives and assist in the training and development of team members.
