Your focus will be on analyzing performance at the style and category levels, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to guide allocation and planning decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate daily replenishment decisions by evaluating store, style, and category-level sales and inventory performance.Strategize sales and inventory plans to align with events and promotions, then assess their outcomes.Manage weekly and monthly reporting for sales, inventory, and productivity to ensure accuracy and relevance.Conduct analysis on sell-through rates, weeks of supply, and inventory productivity to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.Create and uphold style-level sales and inventory forecasts for ongoing product lines and seasonal offerings.Collaborate with the Head of Planning & Allocation, GMM, and Buyers to translate business strategies into effective allocation execution.Assist in initial allocation planning through historical data analysis, volume indices, and style performance evaluations.Track performance against forecasts and proactively identify opportunities to optimize sales and enhance inventory turnover.Support forecasting for new products, core styles, and replenishment initiatives.Effectively communicate insights in a clear and actionable manner to cross-functional teams.QualificationsExceptional analytical abilities, capable of translating data into meaningful insights and recommendations.Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities and well-versed in retail mathematics and inventory management concepts.Strong communication skills, with the ability to narrate a compelling story through data.Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
