Key Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Development Research and identify prospective dental practices that align with our target market. Collaborate with partners to convert prospective practices into signed and active accounts. Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calls and in-person visits, to generate interest and schedule meetings with potential dental practices. Sales Support & Presentations Assist in organizing and conducting in-practice training sessions for dental teams. Provide product information and respond to client inquiries. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management Facilitate the onboarding of new practices through training coordination and product setup. Support Account Executives in nurturing ongoing client relationships. Identify opportunities for account expansion by monitoring activity. Help plan and execute on-site and local events. Account Management and Growth Assist Account Executives in maintaining strong relationships and achieving growth objectives.

As an Associate Account Executive at Candid, you will play a vital role in the sales process, from lead generation to client onboarding, significantly expanding access to our clear aligner solutions. Collaborating closely with seasoned Account Executives and internal teams, you will build relationships with dental practices, assist in presentations, and ensure a seamless client experience.

This is an outside sales position focused on the Sacramento territory. Candidates must reside in Sacramento, CA.
