Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, comfortable with analyzing metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

About the Role

iCapital Network is on the lookout for a dynamic and analytical Assistant Vice President or Vice President to serve in a pivotal role supporting Executive Governance. This position will act as a Chief of Staff-style partner to senior leadership, aiding the firm’s Management Committee and Operating Committee. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating disciplined decision-making, operational excellence, and strategic execution across the organization. Collaborating closely with senior executives, this role will help translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives. A high level of organization, analytical prowess, and the ability to prioritize critical topics in a fast-paced setting are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for the Management Committee and Operating Committee, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
  • Assist in agenda planning and governance oversight for the Pricing and New Activities Committee, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic analyses to inform executive decision-making and enhance operational performance.
  • Oversee executive communications, including dashboards, meeting calendars, weekly agendas, and special updates.
  • Facilitate leadership team meetings, committee preparation, and create executive-facing materials with a focus on delivering actionable outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of business performance, KPIs, and operational metrics, highlighting critical topics and opportunities for improvement to executive leadership.
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives and process improvements to support growth and operational excellence.
