Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Charter Ownership: Lead comprehensive revenue growth strategies across B2C, B2B, and strategic alliances. Monitor and consolidate all revenue streams, including subscriptions, wellness programs, and digital channels. Propel sustainable growth with a clear understanding of revenue dynamics, costs, and unit economics. Develop scalable playbooks for customer monetization, pricing strategies, and retention efforts. Customer Growth & Retention: Design an engaging customer lifecycle journey from initial contact to long-term retention. Utilize CRM systems, automation, and data intelligence to enhance conversion rates and customer engagement. Increase lifetime value through upselling, renewals, and loyalty programs. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to discover new growth opportunities. Data-Driven Strategy Development: Lead the creation of real-time dashboards for revenue and funnel analytics. Use data insights to enhance customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and conversion efficiency. Conduct A/B testing and scale successful strategies. Partnerships and New Business Development: Establish and manage corporate partnerships to enhance Elevate Now’s wellness offerings. Identify valuable collaborations to broaden our reach and diversify revenue sources. Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements to ensure consistent ROI across partnership initiatives. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance team in business, growth, and analytics. Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning and revenue forecasting. Promote a culture of growth and performance excellence within the organization.
