Your Impact

As an Assistant Guide, you will contribute to a diverse Montessori classroom (Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House ages 3–6), fostering a calm and engaging atmosphere where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

In our Montessori classrooms, the environment and the guide collaborate to nurture each child's development. You will assist in crafting beautiful, intentional learning spaces and facilitate individualized and small-group activities—always with respect, patience, and care.

Your primary goal will be to help children build self-confidence and uncover their potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Observe children closely to understand and support their unique needs
  • Prepare and maintain a beautiful, organized classroom environment
  • Support individual and small-group learning activities
  • Develop warm, respectful relationships with children and families
  • Collaborate with Lead Guides and fellow team members to foster a vibrant classroom community

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children aged 3–6 in an educational or childcare setting
  • A positive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
  • A genuine passion for engaging with young children
  • An eagerness to learn and grow within the Montessori framework (previous Montessori experience is a plus but not mandatory)
