Position Purpose
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for the development, planning, and execution of marketing, public relations, sales, and promotional strategies aligned with the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve sales objectives. Collaborating closely with the Regional Director, you will oversee and execute the brand’s CRM initiatives, digital marketing strategies, public relations, social media efforts, and retail execution to create a cohesive and engaging brand experience centered around the consumer.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of commercial insight and technical expertise, along with a visionary outlook and the motivation to translate that vision into actionable results. A passion for market engagement, understanding consumer challenges, and crafting innovative solutions that capitalize on broader market opportunities is essential. You will take complete ownership of end-to-end marketing planning, encompassing all communication and activation initiatives.
The right candidate should bring retail or commercial experience, with a proven history of managing a full brand P&L. Expertise in CRM strategy and analytics will be a distinct advantage.
