• Administering projects in strict alignment with company policies and procedures
• Engaging with vendors to solicit competitive pricing and making informed recommendations for contract awards
• Skillfully assembling comprehensive and accurate estimates; conducting detailed quantity takeoffs and evaluations
• Drafting precise and concise contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Reviewing and verifying subcontractor submittals for compliance with contract documents
• Effectively forecasting and tracking project costs within our reporting system; overseeing the monthly pay application process
