Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior experience in retail management or optical sales is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
