Position Title: Team Lead / Assistant Manager - Inside Sales FCS
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Objective:
- Drive customer satisfaction and create positive experiences that foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Oversee and refine the entire order handling and execution process for optimal efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage order management tasks effectively.
- Provide essential backend support to Sales Engineers and Managers throughout the entire order cycle, from inception to closure.
- Maintain and update database records in CRM, SAP, and other relevant platforms, ensuring data consistency across systems.
- Facilitate and complete all order processing activities efficiently.
- Respond promptly and accurately to sales inquiries regarding special applications, systems, and pricing, including providing delivery information.
- Oversee inventory procurement and management, ensuring optimal inventory turnover.
- Delegate and manage leads within the CRM system.
- Assist with presales activities, including billing, shipping, and GST-related tasks.
- Resolve any pricing discrepancies in coordination with the production and sales teams.
- Support bidding for new contracts and assist with purchasing activities.
- Follow up to ensure timely shipment of materials while documenting and coordinating High Sea sales and C forms.
- Monitor outstanding payments and prepare reports according to specified deadlines.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for various segments as per established timelines using internal BI tools.
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales team effectively.
