Areas of responsibility may include Food, Service Counters, Online Grocery, Non-food/Clothing, Customer Experience, and Night Operations.

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance store performance and react to competitive changes.
- Guide and coach your team to achieve collective and individual performance targets.
- Oversee all aspects, from team development to managing sales, waste, and costs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify training and development needs.
- Recruit, train, and develop your team to ensure product availability and excellent customer service.
