Skills and Experience Required:Knowledge:Experience in Derivatives (Rates & Credit) operations is a plus. A degree in accounting, finance, management, or business administration is preferred. Advanced qualifications will be considered if relevant experience is aligned with the position. Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years in OTC Derivatives Operations is preferred, with experience in Outgoing (Drafting) and Incoming (Indexing/Matching/Affirmations/Chasing) processes seen as advantageous. Skills:Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in drafting business correspondence and reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.

Delta Capita’s Global Market Operations team in Bengaluru is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Cross-Asset Confirmation Service. This position leads a team responsible for drafting outgoing confirmations, as well as indexing, matching, affirming, and following up on incoming confirmations for OTC Derivatives (Rates and Credit). The team’s work supports timely retrieval and dispatch of confirmations, helping to ensure compliance with EMIR and DFA regulations.

The Assistant Manager maintains group standards and applies best practice guidelines to meet regulatory obligations.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate with global teams to keep confirmation retrieval aligned with regulatory deadlines.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Delta Capita colleagues and client teams to support smooth operations and best practices.
  • Communicate regularly with client business partners to maintain service quality.
  • Participate in industry and market initiatives as needed.
  • Contribute to departmental projects and user testing activities.
  • Review and enhance existing processes to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor operational risks, especially as economic and regulatory conditions evolve.
  • Collect feedback from end-users and share insights with working groups to support platform improvements.
  • Maintain internal control standards by implementing audit points and addressing issues raised by external regulators in a timely manner.
