Domino's Pizza in Austin is looking for an Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations. This position works alongside team members to keep service running smoothly and maintain high standards for customers. The Assistant Manager also plays a key part in training staff and making sure the restaurant stays clean and organized throughout every shift.
What you will do
- Supervise and guide team members during assigned shifts
- Handle daily operations, including both opening and closing duties
- Train new and current staff on procedures and service expectations
- Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness in the restaurant
- Respond to customer concerns and help create a positive dining experience
Requirements
- Interest in a career in food service management
- Previous leadership experience in restaurants or hospitality is helpful, but not required
