Basic Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in live entertainment, events, or related post-high school education. Additional Qualifications and Skills: If you find this role exciting, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all criteria:Proficiency in basic computer programs (email, word processing, etc.), with a preference for experience in a Microsoft Office environment. Demonstrated working knowledge of Vectorworks and Lightwright Software for at least 3 years. Experience with ETC consoles and fixtures, various moving head fixtures, electrical tie-ins, atmospherics, etc., for a minimum of 3 years. Basic understanding of computer networks and data systems. Familiarity with projection software and equipment.

T. plays a pivotal role in Harvard’s undergraduate Theater, Dance & Media concentration and actively mentors students from the Harvard Radcliffe Dramatic Club at the Loeb Drama Center.

In this role, you will assist the Lighting & Projection Supervisor across all facets of show production, including crew management, maintenance, and recommendations for capital expenses. Your primary responsibilities will entail collaborating with Show Lighting Design Teams and rental houses, managing show documentation, equipment preparation, and leading activities during preparation, load-in, and strike. You will also oversee a contingent of temporary staff and co-manage other department personnel.
