Key ResponsibilitiesCitizenship & Case ProcessingOversee the end-to-end processing of global citizenship by investment applications. Organize, review, and monitor client documentation including passports, identification, and program forms. Maintain accurate case records, submission timelines, and compliance checklists. Engage with government authorities and processing units in Caribbean CBI jurisdictions. Follow up with clients to gather missing documents and additional compliance information. Ensure that files are complete, accurate, and ready for submission. Client & Program CoordinationAssist clients in understanding various citizenship programs and eligibility criteria. Support senior advisors with application preparation, submission tracking, and program updates. Maintain client communication logs and progress updates. Track application stages and ensure timely submissions and follow-ups. Administrative & Office OperationsManage physical and digital filing systems for client records. Prepare documents, handle reporting, and update databases. Assist with general office coordination and operational tasks. Support government-related paperwork and licensing documentation. Help with compliance tracking and internal documentation processes.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in managing Citizenship by Investment (CBI) applications from initiation to completion, particularly with Caribbean programs such as St. Kitts & Nevis, Grenada, Dominica, St. Lucia, and Antigua & Barbuda.
Applicants should have a proven track record of direct coordination with government authorities and processing entities in these jurisdictions. Please note that experience confined to UAE PRO services or local visa processing will not be applicable for this position.
