- Prepare all orders from the service staff promptly and accurately, ensuring each dish meets our quality expectations.
- Maintain peak food quality as it leaves the kitchen.
- Prepare essential meal service items, including sauces, soups, and other daily menu components.
- Utilize standard food preparation techniques to ensure efficiency and consistency in food products.
- Familiarize yourself with our menus, recipes, and presentation styles to enhance your culinary knowledge.
- Ensure proper food storage practices, including appropriate containers and temperatures, while adhering to our SOP for dating and rotating perishables.
- Assist in food preparation for other kitchen departments and prepare items for upcoming shifts as directed by the Supervisor.
- Keep your work area, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration, clean and compliant with all health regulations.
- Take on supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Supervisor, ensuring efficient workflow and performance of the team.
- Arrive on time for your scheduled shifts, dressed appropriately in uniform as per company policy.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security, report any incidents, and complete required safety training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
