About the Role

iCapital Network is actively looking for a dedicated Associate to join our Asset Manager Solutions team for the EMEA region, located in London. In this pivotal role, you will play a significant part in shaping and implementing iCapital’s global strategy within the EMEA market. As an Associate, you will assist in nurturing and managing relationships with top-tier alternative asset managers. Your contributions will focus on the onboarding, structuring, and distribution of private market funds on the iCapital platform, collaborating closely with senior professionals and various internal teams. This position demands strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior relationship managers to support and service private equity, private credit, and alternative asset managers throughout the EMEA region.
  • Assist in the structuring and launch of investment products for distribution via iCapital’s platform, including evergreen funds and feeder vehicles.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, and Platform to facilitate fund onboarding and launches.
  • Prepare presentations, client meeting materials, internal memos, and detailed meeting notes.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal approval processes efficiently.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis concerning private markets products and emerging trends.
  • Support business development efforts and maintain ongoing client relationships, addressing any inquiries related to funds and products.

 

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund formation, consulting, or financial services.
  • A strong interest in alternative investments and private markets is essential.
  • Familiarity with fund structures and investment vehicles is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple priorities.

 

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees or professional qualifications will be advantageous.
