Create and deploy automated testing equipment for subsystem characterization as well as reliability and environmental testing. Collaborate with R&D design teams throughout the product lifecycle: perform risk assessments, oversee ongoing testing, and participate in design reviews to embed reliability from the beginning. Analyze field failure data, identify trends, prioritize investigations by business impact, and develop clear, actionable corrective action plans.
