Key Responsibilities
Brand Building & Sales Growth
- Adopt a “own the number” approach to meet and exceed regional KPIs.
- Expand product visibility through effective execution of in-store displays.
- Optimize shelf space and merchandising strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Increase consumer brand awareness through impactful point-of-sale materials and promotional activities.
- Educate consumers about our brand's unique offerings in-store.
- Maintain product quality by ensuring proper rotation and removing damaged items.
- Organize back stock efficiently to support sales efforts.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to document daily activities and display initiatives.
Relationship Management with Retailers
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key store contacts to secure additional display space.
- Consistently service a designated account base with diligent follow-up (approximately 8-12 store visits per day).
- Plan and conduct weekly visits to accounts tailored to their specific business requirements.
- Recognize customer needs and collaborate to create joint strategies for driving sales for both the retailer and Spindrift.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Build trust and credibility with accounts to strengthen relationships.

- Collaborate with team members on strategic initiatives throughout the year.
- Embrace a “carry the bag” mentality, willing to engage in any necessary activities to promote the brand, including product demonstrations, display building, and market blitzes outside of your primary territory.
