The Area Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of assigned properties, which includes buildings, grounds, and systems. This role ensures efficient workflow and collaborates closely with the Community Manager to set objectives, coordinate staff, and produce progress reports and presentations. You will manage the maintenance function for properties located in Tuscaloosa, Boaz, and Albertville.
