As an Architecture Team Lead at CESO, you will bring your advanced architectural expertise and leadership skills to oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of architectural construction documentation, specifications, and details across multiple complex projects. This pivotal role involves managing production teams, establishing priorities, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and company best practices. You will actively lead internal and external meetings, providing strategic insights and technical guidance rooted in extensive experience, research, and industry knowledge. Mentoring and supporting team members is a key aspect of this role, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Additionally, you will review and approve architectural deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. You will also utilize software and tools to evaluate and refine designs, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to high-level technical reports and project documentation.
