LaBella Associates is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager specializing in Healthcare to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this pivotal role, you will guide high-profile projects from the initial concept and schematic design stages through to the construction document phase, with a strong focus on healthcare architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in planning and developing innovative solutions to technical and design challenges.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical drawings by the design team, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Craft and deliver engaging client presentations, showcasing design concepts and drawings.
  • Guarantee that all construction detail documentation adheres to Quality Assurance/Quality Control standards and LaBella’s rigorous guidelines.
  • Integrate sustainable design practices into project workflows.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Engage with client representatives to clarify design requirements and specifications.
  • Manage technical resolutions and coordination for designated project areas.
  • Develop effective solutions to design-related issues.
  • Conduct on-site visits, field reviews, and project meetings, meticulously documenting findings. Coordinate schedules and manage the submission of shop drawings and samples.
  • Facilitate communication with various disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Participate in team meetings to address project issues, promote coordination, and maintain adherence to schedules and technical standards.
