LaBella Associates is excited to announce an opening for an Architectural Project Manager specializing in Healthcare within our Richmond, VA studio. The chosen candidate will lead projects from the conceptual and schematic design stages through to the construction documentation phase, focusing on a range of high-profile healthcare architecture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct project teams in planning and developing innovative solutions for technical and design challenges.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed technical drawings by the design team.
  • Craft and deliver compelling client presentations, showcasing design concepts and detailed drawings.
  • Ensure all construction detail documentation adheres to quality assurance and LaBella standards.
  • Integrate sustainable design solutions into all projects.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a culture of collaboration.
  • Engage with client representatives to confirm design requirements and specifications.
  • Responsible for the technical resolution and coordination of specific project segments.
  • Develop innovative solutions to design challenges.
  • Participate in on-site visits, field reviews, and project meetings, documenting all findings appropriately. Prepare, coordinate, and review schedules and submissions for shop drawings and samples.
  • Maintain communication with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are incorporated and supported effectively.
  • Contribute to team meetings to resolve project issues, coordinate with other disciplines, and address scheduling and technical challenges.
