Assist Solution and Enterprise Architects in crafting, reviewing, and implementing new architectural solutions. Mentor junior Software Engineers through onboarding, sharing domain knowledge, best practices, and conducting code reviews. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to maximize performance and security. Collaborate with QA teams to review and approve test cases, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled. Support Product Management in developing product roadmaps and ensuring quarterly objectives are both realistic and achievable. Work in tandem with other product development teams to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.
