You will utilize your skills in buffing, stripping, sanding, masking, filling, spraying, oxidizing, and finishing techniques to restore surfaces to their pristine condition.Key Responsibilities:Adhere to work order instructions and follow Lead Foreman's guidance to ensure quality standards and timely completion of all tasks.Work with solvents, chemicals, and various pneumatic and power tools.Comply with all safety and OSHA regulations, including safe operation of company vehicles.Complete all mandatory safety and training modules successfully.Be available to work night shifts (typically between 4/5 PM and 2/3 AM), with flexibility for occasional daytime or weekend shifts.Participate in occasional out-of-town travel (transported in company van, with daily per diem and individual hotel accommodations).Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years old.High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.Ability to kneel, squat, bend, lift, reach, climb, and carry equipment up to 60 lbs unassisted.Previous painting or spraying experience is a plus.High attention to detail and cleanliness.Compensation & Benefits:Starting salary of $20 per hour for the first 30 days of training.Eligibility for bonus pay plan post successful completion of apprentice training.Comprehensive benefits including:Paid vacation and additional paid holidays.Health, dental, and vision insurance.
