Role Overview
We are seeking Applied AI Engineers to engage with customer executives, operators, and technical teams to devise and implement impactful AI systems. As we expand our footprint in Europe, your role will be pivotal in shaping our strategic direction and success in the region. Unlike many roles that focus on prototypes or laboratory projects, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI agents and workflows that generate substantial business value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Define AI Vision: Partner with client stakeholders to outline their long-term AI strategy and transformation roadmap.
Identify Opportunities: Work backward from the long-term vision to highlight and prioritize specific AI applications that translate our ambitions into measurable business outcomes.
Deliver Real Products: Quickly develop and deploy AI solutions that operate effectively in real-world scenarios with actual users and data.
Enhance Our Core Product: Integrate insights from customer engagements into our Mosaic product, consistently introducing new features, patterns, and frameworks.
