Why this role?
As a rapidly expanding startup, we are focused on creating production-grade AI agents for enterprise clients at scale. We seek talented Applied AI Engineers who can lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves transforming initial prototypes into fully operational AI agents that deliver tangible business benefits in enterprise settings.
In this position, you will collaborate with clients to tackle real-world business challenges, frequently developing innovative agent workflows that seamlessly integrate LLMs with various tools, APIs, and data sources. While we value speed and agility, our standards are enterprise-grade: agents must be reliable, observable, safe, and auditable from the outset.
You’ll work closely with customers, product teams, and platform engineers to influence how agentic systems are constructed, assessed, and implemented on a large scale.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal teams to transform business processes into scalable, production-ready agentic AI systems.
Design and develop LLM-based agents that reason, plan, and execute tasks across various tools and data sources with enterprise-level reliability.
Navigate rapid development cycles while meeting enterprise standards, evolving prototypes into stable, reusable solutions.
Establish and implement evaluation and quality metrics to assess success, identify failures, and monitor regressions.
Analyze real-world agent behaviors, systematically refining prompts, workflows, tools, and safeguards.
Contribute to the continual improvement of our agentic systems through innovative methodologies and collaborative feedback.
