Role overview
The Applied AI Architect for Public Sector will join Anthropic’s Applied AI team in London. This position centers on supporting public sector clients across the UK and Northern Europe, with a primary focus on UK Central Government departments, executive agencies, and arm’s length bodies. The scope also includes devolved administrations, local governments, the NHS, and other public sector organizations within the region.
What you will do
- Advise public sector organizations on how Claude, Anthropic’s AI system, can add value and be used in practice.
- Help clients explore ways to integrate Claude into existing technology environments to modernize operations, improve policy delivery, and enhance citizen services.
- Design solutions based on large language models (LLMs) that address complex public sector needs, always with a focus on safety and reliability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to support customers from initial technical discussions through to deployment.
- Enable customers to understand Claude’s capabilities, develop evaluation approaches, and architect scalable, compliant solutions that align with public sector requirements.
Collaboration and impact
This role involves regular collaboration with internal teams and public sector stakeholders. The Applied AI Architect will help clients benefit from AI while ensuring that solutions meet strict standards for safety and compliance.
