Position Summary

The Applications Design Engineering Manager will spearhead a team of Applications Engineers responsible for providing internal consulting and technical support on three-phase power, automation, and communication systems within low and medium voltage switchgear. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Applications Engineering team, a collective of technical specialists in IEM products, ensuring they provide accurate and timely responses to internal queries from sales, engineering, production, and field service when standard IEM documentation falls short. You will be accountable for team performance, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, high-quality custom solutions for our clients.
