Provide in-depth functional support for wholesale banking systems, specifically in treasury, trade finance, and cash management to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Incident Management:
Effectively manage and resolve application-related incidents to minimize disruptions in business operations.
System Configuration:
Supervise the configuration and customization of applications to align with business needs.
Vendor Management:
Foster and manage relationships with application vendors, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and prompt issue resolution.
Business Analysis:
Conduct thorough business analysis and requirements gathering to facilitate application enhancements and new implementations.
Disaster Recovery:
Formulate and implement IT disaster recovery strategies for wholesale banking applications, ensuring data availability and system reliability.
Training:
Deliver comprehensive training and support to end-users, ensuring proficiency in utilizing banking applications.
Reporting:
Develop and maintain management information reports and dashboards using appropriate tools.
Preventive Measures:
Proactively identify potential application issues and implement preventive strategies to maintain system stability and performance.
