Proficient in at least two technical trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry). Willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts (at least one week per month). A reliable means of transportation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary service to residents while providing assistance to fellow team members.
  • Execute AIR’s standard procedures for preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
  • With general guidance, complete resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, basic electrical repairs, HVAC servicing, and appliance maintenance.
  • Mentor and provide technical direction to other Maintenance Technicians to foster skill development.
  • Support vendor quality management and conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Responsibilities may vary based on individual skill sets and community needs, including seasonal demands.
