Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary service to residents while providing assistance to fellow team members.
- Execute AIR’s standard procedures for preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
- With general guidance, complete resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, basic electrical repairs, HVAC servicing, and appliance maintenance.
- Mentor and provide technical direction to other Maintenance Technicians to foster skill development.
- Support vendor quality management and conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
- Responsibilities may vary based on individual skill sets and community needs, including seasonal demands.
