We are looking for candidates who possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of music partnerships within the gaming industry. Ideal candidates will have:Extensive experience in managing music strategies, particularly within video games. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including audio, creative, marketing, and product management. Strong relationships with key Asian music and social platforms. A background in creative development and execution of music that resonates with regional cultural contexts. Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and external partners. A passion for gaming and the entertainment ecosystem.

As the APAC Music Artist Partnerships Manager III, you will spearhead RGM's external music partnership initiatives across our extensive portfolio of games and content in the APAC region—covering titles such as League of Legends, Wild Rift, and VALORANT. You will guide the execution of regional music strategies, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external contributors, while representing RGM across Riot's publishing and product teams in East Asia and Southeast Asia.

This is a leadership and people management role where you will foster craft excellence in supervising music partnerships and building operational connections across gaming, entertainment, and publishing teams within the APAC region. You'll also act as a vital liaison with our Chinese publishing partners, Tencent and K6, facilitating joint planning, regional artist collaborations, and campaign execution.
