The Antenna Engineering team designs, builds, tests, and operates every part of the Starlink system. This includes satellites, ground stations, customer-facing hardware, and the software that ties it all together. The team’s work shapes the future of global connectivity as Starlink expands its reach and capabilities.
Role overview
This Antenna Engineer position focuses on full ownership of advanced antenna systems for Starlink. The scope covers phased array antennas, parabolic antennas, and other RF systems used across satellites, gateways, and end-user devices. The role involves creating new solutions that have not yet reached the market and influencing the core operations of the Starlink network.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and test phased array and parabolic antennas for satellite and ground applications
- Lead projects from initial concept through to production deployment
- Collaborate with teams across electrical, silicon, software, mechanical, and manufacturing disciplines
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape the direction of the Starlink constellation and network
