About the Role As we scale, data plays a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing patient outcomes. In the position of Data Analytics Lead, you will oversee all analytics for a key business function, developing our data strategy, tackling complex challenges, and facilitating informed, rapid decision-making across the organization. This position merges analytics engineering with strategic insights: you will create efficient, scalable data models and pipelines while delivering clear, actionable insights that amplify our effectiveness. As a key member of our data team in New York City, you will help shape our long-term data vision and collaborate closely with our Operations, Engineering, Product, and Design teams. Our team operates in a hybrid model, with in-office days 2-3 times a week, welcoming individuals who are eager to engage in our vibrant office culture.
