Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of analysts to generate actionable insights on behavior, trends, and risk factors. Oversee tools and models that measure business performance, ensuring accuracy and regular updates. Audit and guide the development of reporting suites to meet stakeholder requirements efficiently. Review outputs from your team to ensure clarity and accuracy before communicating findings. Manage daily tasks and requests of your direct reports effectively. Align projects and resources with departmental priorities. Provide coaching and professional development for your analysts. Identify and nurture top talent within the analytics team. Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical, technical, or commercial role. Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent experience in data/business analysis. At least 1 year of experience managing and mentoring analysts, data scientists, or data engineers. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage team workloads. Proficiency in SQL and Excel is essential. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Spark is preferred. Demonstrated ability to utilize data visualization tools to present complex analyses simply and effectively. Experience with Tableau for data visualization is a plus.
