About the Role
We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team, playing a critical role in how data informs our product and business strategies.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, product, and strategy. While Product Analysts focus on deriving insights from data, you will lay the groundwork by establishing robust data foundations that make these insights achievable. Your responsibilities will extend beyond executing queries; you will design data architectures and oversee the 'source of truth' tables that support our strategic decision-making processes.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Growth and Solutions teams, ensuring that the data behind Generative AI, Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), and advanced product models is clear, dependable, and user-friendly. Your contributions will directly influence our product development, scaling efforts, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Define the Source of Truth: Transform raw, complex data into clean, well-structured tables for Product Analysts and Business Leaders to facilitate critical decision-making.
- Translate Strategy into Logic: Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Solutions leads to convert abstract concepts (such as 'Activation,' 'Retention,' or 'Feature Adoption') into precise SQL definitions and automated datasets.
- Enable High-Tech Initiatives: Partner with our AI and DaaS specialists to provide them with the structured data foundations necessary to develop models and external data products.
- Optimize for Usability: Ensure our data is not just available but also easy to use, designing the data logic that drives our most essential product dashboards and growth funnels.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Serve as the guardian of our metrics, ensuring that the figures used in our product and business reports are consistent, reliable, and logical.
