Role Overview
As a vital member of Robinhood’s Analytics Engineering team within our Data Science division, you will help shape our decision-making framework. Your contributions will include the design and implementation of data products that are essential for product innovation, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. Our goal is straightforward yet ambitious: to empower each team at Robinhood with reliable, scalable, and self-service analytics, enabling swift and informed decision-making.
Working at the crossroads of data engineering, data science, and product strategy, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to turn raw data into actionable insights. In your role as an Analytics Engineer, you will be instrumental in architecting Robinhood’s data infrastructure, overseeing the creation of high-performance ETL pipelines, data models, and analytical tools that drive critical business decisions.
Your impact will extend beyond just building systems; you will help establish metrics, shape datasets, and set the benchmarks for analytics excellence across the organization, influencing our growth trajectory.
This position is based in our Toronto office, with in-person collaboration expected at least three days per week.
