Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects, identifying and overcoming obstacles, and fostering collaboration across various teams.This position is based in Cambridge, MA, requiring in-office attendance 3 days a week.Key Responsibilities:Oversee project timelines, asset management, review cycles, approvals, and delivery across creative, production, and channel teams for ongoing content and campaigns.Evaluate creative and copy for brand consistency, voice, and visual quality; recommend actionable improvements.Facilitate daily communication with our creative agency and external partners; address issues proactively and keep projects on track.Assist the social media team by monitoring conversations and inbound messages, triaging traveler inquiries, and escalating or responding as necessary.Coordinate campaign launches across various channels (paid, owned, earned); ensure that assets are formatted correctly and tracking/UTMs are established.Aid in preparing performance recaps and post-campaign insights; summarize clear, actionable recommendations for creative and media.Enhance workflows, asset libraries, templates, and approval processes to improve team efficiency.Provide administrative support for brand initiatives, including managing contracts and scheduling reviews with team members.
