Desired Candidate Profile
We invite applications from Analytics Engineers with a background in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering, who can act as comprehensive analysts, responsible for everything from raw data to insightful operationalization.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Proficient SQL skills and analytical data modeling experience (preferably with dbt or SQLMesh).
Experience with ELT/ETL processes and cloud data warehouses (such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
Familiarity with Python for automation and basic data engineering tasks.
Experience in creating dashboards, utilizing BI tools, and enabling self-service analytics.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a comfort level in ambiguous situations.
Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM products, instrumentation, experimentation, or in startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on data reporting needs; transform ambiguous business inquiries into structured data models, analyses, actionable insights, and data-driven products.
Develop and uphold data warehouse models that serve as the definitive source for product usage and GTM metrics.
Model CRM data, usage data, and billing data to enable Sales and Customer Success automation, CRM enrichment, lead definition, and GTM tooling.
Design metrics, dashboards, and data user interfaces using Hex and Lovable for GTM leadership.
