Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering or analytics. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and analysis. Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes. Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Metabase. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of the financial services or payments domain is a plus.

Your Role in EveryPay's Vision:

We are enhancing our Data & Analytics capabilities and are on the lookout for an exceptional Analytics Engineer to join us!

In this role, you will construct the data layer that facilitates informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include transforming data into analytical-ready datasets, developing analytical data models, ensuring data integrity, and providing access via dashboards. Your contributions will be vital in structuring our data assets and establishing a solid foundation for future analytics as our organization grows.

Key Challenges:

  • Scale: Maintain the performance and efficiency of data transformations and structures as data volumes and global utilization increase.
  • Breadth: Integrate and organize data from new products to enable comprehensive performance analysis.
  • Depth: Enhance existing analytical data structures and transformation logic for improved effectiveness and maintainability.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing and implementing ELT data transformations within our Data Warehouse using SQL and Python, emphasizing data accuracy and detail.
  • Ensuring data quality by implementing checks and validations for analytical datasets.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to grasp their reporting needs and data requirements.
  • Creating dashboards and reports using our Business Intelligence tools.
  • Implementing analytical data models in the data warehouse.
  • Gaining insights into the payments domain and working collaboratively within your team.
